We have decided to log our journey as we learn to homestead for God’s glory. I am Christian Dad in my mid 30′s raised in a blue collar family in a small town. My Dad earned the money and my Mom managed the house (us, finances, cleaning, etc.) My Mom is a great cook and we used to have a large garden. I have always wanted to live in the country and have held a dream of raising our own food and “living off the land”. More recently that has moved toward “living off the grid”. I know this will be a process and look forward to God’s lessons. The picture above is me with our youngest of 20 (not a misprint). With 20, there aren’t many pictures of just me
